How do I deposit cryptocurrency into my Wiex account?
- 1. Go to the dashboard tab and click on the "Add Funds" button.
- 2. In the pop-up window, select the cryptocurrency you want to receive.
- 3. You will see your receiving address and a QR code. You can use this address or QR code to deposit cryptocurrency into your Wiex account.
How do I find my wallet address?
To locate your wallet address, follow these simple steps:
- 1. Go to the "Crypto" tab on the platform.
- 2. Choose the cryptocurrency of your choice from the list.
- 3. Click on the "Account Details" button.
- 4. You will see a QR code and your wallet address.
- 5. You can use this address to receive cryptocurrency from other users or platforms.
How do I transfer crypto to another account?
- 1. Go to your dashboard and click the "Transfer" button in the tab.
- 2. In the pop-up window, select the cryptocurrency of your choice.
- 3. Give in the total amount and the recipient's address and provide a description of the transaction.
- 4. Click "Continue" to proceed with the transfer.
Why can't I transfer my USDT stablecoin to my address?
Ensure you've selected the correct chain for the transfer. If you hold USDT (ERC20), the transfer can only be completed using this specific chain. If necessary, initiate an exchange from ERC20 to the desired chain, and then proceed with the transfer.
